SECURE Act 2.0 What Employers Need to Know

Calfee’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group is pleased to present a webinar on the SECURE Act 2.0 to discuss the provisions that we think are most important for employers to know and understand. Key provisions include changes to required and common plan distributions, plan contributions and corrections of certain operational failures. Also covered will be an assortment of changes to plans impacting plan administration and participant communications. During the program, we will describe each key provision, when the provision is effective, and whether the provision is mandatory or discretionary.
